Waiter Required in Dubai

One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Waiter/ Server, In the Restaurant Industry who will be responsible for but not limited to:

Job Summary:
A vital part of our restaurant team, the Waiter/Server is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests. From greeting customers to ensuring satisfaction with meals and drinks, this role plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon arrival and escorts them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
Accurately take customer orders and input them into the point of sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with meals and drinks.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Process payments and make change accurately.
Keep tables clean and tidy, resetting them for the next customers.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Upsell menu items or promote specials to increase revenue.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
Act as a Section Leader, coordinating activities within your assigned section for seamless service.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in waitressing is required.
Restaurant experience is Mandatory.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Lift and carry trays or items as needed for the role.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
